Golden Chopstix - Westerly

Golden Chopsticks is hands down one of the best Chinese restaurants I've been to in New England. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What really makes this place special, though, is the friendly and welcoming staff. They go out of their way to make you feel at home, and the service is always prompt and warm. Whether you're dining in or getting takeout, Golden Chopsticks delivers a consistently delicious experience. Highly recommended

I don’t like sweet-and-sour chicken and this place makes the most amazing sweet-and-sour chicken. It is simply amazing. Their steam dumplings are Not something to overlook as well incredibly delicious.

Love this place! General tsao’s tofu: crispy exterior tofu with fluffy interior, spicy sauce, cooked to perfection broccoli and rice. Absolutely delicious. Enjoyed sauteed baby bok Choy as well. Equally as tasty. The service was perfect. Always is . Highly recommend

I'm not sure why I have never left a review about this place, but as a person who has been served gracefully over 8 years while I lived in the area (and after I moved to Boston as well) I only have great things to say about Golden Chopsticks. Before all the emotional part, I highly recommend the beef lo main. Their lo main is simply tasteful and delicious, never soggy and if eaten at the restaurant it is even better. From the dim sum menu I absolutely love the stuffed peppers. Highly Recommend. The salty chicken wings are also . Amazing! I got to know this restaurant when I used to live in Westerly. It's a little gem hidden in a parking lot. In 2017 I moved away from the town, but I always managed to find my way back to Golden Chopsticks to hang out with the friendly staff and enjoy their delicious menu. Life took me into a different direction and I no longer will be able to visit them anymore, but I just want to drop this message and let you guys know how thankful I am for being able to get to know this special little place that always brought me, my family and friends comfort.

Legit! Amazing Dim Sum! Summering in Westerly, the ethnic food options are slim pickings. How fantastic when we discovered Golden Chopstix which equals some of the better places in NYC’s Chinatown. Don’t listen to the naysayers here - most are “lo fan” looking for Americanized Chinese food dishes and will never get what real Dim Sum is all about. Har Gow - crystal shrimp dumplings are the bomb. As are the shumei, cheung fun (shrimp rice rolls - lunch only), stuffed eggplant, roast duck, crispy calamari — real Hong Kong style dishes! Be adventurous, ask Lilly what the table of ethnic Chinese are eating over there, how about the amazing Rice Congee?. And even try the Chicken Feet — an acquired taste, for most westerners, I’m addicted. Be open minded, the best!

I’m not a fan of Chinese food mostly because I haven’t found one I like until now. The place is very clean, service was wonderful and the food outstanding all fresh and delicious. We will be back for sure.

Enjoyed my meal. Staff was friendly and the server was helpful on the menu. I got the chow mein and red bean paste buns. The chow mein was savory and I even added the chili oil to it to add a bit of spice and the buns were sweet and comforting to eat as a light dessert. I will definitely be back.
